30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags attached).
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 3 days of receipt for any reason, no justification needed. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions (unworn, unused, tagged, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at [email protected].
