We use USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post, and others based on your location.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Fees
Fees cover all shipping costs and surcharges. Order as many items as you like for a flat rate:

United States: $6.99
International: $8.99

Estimated Delivery Times
These are approximate and exclude processing time (2–5 business days):

United States: 3–6 business days
Vietnam: 1–3 business days
International: 20–25 business days

Note: Due to current conditions, expect an additional 10–15 day delay. These times are estimates only.

Accurate Shipping Details
Please provide complete and correct delivery information. Incorrect or missing details may delay your order or result in it being returned to us. If your address is incomplete, we may cancel the order to avoid complications. Customs clearance can also cause delays.

Order Tracking
After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package. If no tracking info appears, the carrier hasn’t processed it yet. Once scanned, updates will show on the tracking page.

Incorrect Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. If you redirect your package through the carrier after it leaves our warehouse, we’re not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
